CASE STUDY

Delish 2021 Redesign

The Delish team tasked Tova with overhauling the design of the food media giant’s new quarterly publication. The objective? Establish a new visual direction and styling system that best complemented the brand’s tentpoles: accessibility, home-cook centric content, and consistently delicious and salivating visuals–all with that familiar, playful and quirky Delish approach.

A NEW VISUAL DIRECTION

A food-inspired color palette that packs a punch, friendly and nostalgic display typography (think comfort food packaging of the 1970s), and sharp, high-contrast, textural food photography for increased salivation levels. *insert drooling emoji here*

THE RESULT

…an energetic, photo-driven glossy to house the powerhouse food brand’s favorite seasonal recipes and content. Other creative solutions include: clearer navigation, streamlined and easy-to-skim recipe styling, and service-driven design solutions such as extra tip bursts, callouts and pop-up style sidebars).
